INDUSTRIAL PROJECT

Pierre Village is beginning construction of a new industrial project located in the city of Brossard on Java Street starting in early 2008. The project will consist of three multi-tenant industrial buildings, two of which will have a total area of approximately 65,000 square feet, and a third of approximately 25,000 square feet (possibly for a single user).

The buildings are beautifully designed with a modern glass and pre-cast finishing. All office sections will have the possibility of adding a mezzanine and will be equipped with HVAC systems. During the construction period we will also provide tenants versatility in their truck loading options by offering either loading docks or drive-in garage doors.

COMMERCIAL PROJECT

Pierre Village is now renting spaces for a commercial project which will begin construction in early 2008 in the city of La Prairie on Chemin St. Jean. The project consists of one multi-tenant commercial building with a total area of approximately 18,000 square feet.

OFFICE PROJECT

Pierre Village Inc. is now renting space for a new office building located on the corner of Autoroute 10 and Lapiniere (near QUARTIER DIX-TRENTE). This ideal location is at the forefront of new development in Brossard and located directly opposite major public transportation terminals.

The project will consist of 3 different buildings to be built in 3 phases. Phase 1 will be delivered in 2008.
