Pierrevillage Inc. is a real estate development company founded in 1987 by Ted Quint, the principal shareholder and president. Its activities are the development, construction and management of industrial, commercial and office buildings. It presently owns and manages approximately 1,000,000 feet of space. The majority of this space is located on the South Shore in the municipality of Brossard and Longueuil.

The commercial buildings are in the high traffic area of Taschereau Boulevard close to the intersection of the Eastern Township Autoroute. The multi-tenant industrial buildings are located on Matte Boulevard, Ignace Street and Lepage Boulevard in the Industrial Park of Brossard.

Pierrevillage Inc. also possesses a land bank of industrial and commercial sites on the South Shore which it will continue to develop in the Brossard-Laprairie area.
