Pierrevillage Inc. is a real estate development company founded in 1987 by Ted Quint. Its activities are the development, construction and management of industrial, commercial and office buildings. It presently owns and manages a large portfolio of properties in and around Montreal. The majority of this space is located on the South Shore in the municipality of Brossard and Longueuil.

The majority of commercial buildings are in the high traffic area of Taschereau Boulevard, close to the intersection of the Eastern Township Autoroute.The multi-tenant industrial buildings are located on Matte Boulevard, Ignace Street, Du Quartier blvd and Java Street in the Industrial Park of Brossard.

Pierrevillage Inc. also possesses a large land bank of industrial, commercial and residential sites on the North and South Shore. The land is located primarily in Brossard, La Prairie, Saint-Bruno and Laval. The company has extensive experience in residential development having serviced and sold thousands of lots in the cities of Saint-Hubert, Saint-Lambert, Brossard, La Prairie, Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Saint-Bruno, and Laval.
